The Palissade Cantilever Lounge Chair Low brings a lighter expression to HAY’s Palissade outdoor range, designed by Ronan Bouroullec. It keeps the original’s symmetrical design language, set on a floating cantilever frame, in a low lounge format.
The frame has a subtle flex that gives a gentle, spring-like feel when you sit. It comes in powder-coated steel in five colours or in hot galvanised steel, with colours designed to pair with the wider Palissade collection.
Suited to relaxing and socialising across a variety of outdoor spaces, in natural landscapes and urban settings alike. Studio Office supplies the Palissade Cantilever Lounge Chair Low in Cyprus; the finish is specified at the time of order.

Powder-coated steel: wipe with a clean cloth wrung in water or in a solution of water and a neutral detergent, then remove soap residue with a clean, dry cloth; avoid scouring cream and scouring pads. Wipe the furniture dry after rain, and remove stains, sun cream and bird droppings quickly. Small scratches in the powder coating can lead to corrosion; HAY offers a repair lacquer to retouch them. Hot galvanised steel: wipe all surfaces before first use; white rust from condensation may appear and does not affect the product’s life span. HAY notes that direct placement on a seafront can lead to corrosion. Store in a dry, ventilated place during winter.
